The day
started off kind of cold but gradually got warmer. So we ate on the outside
area. Bad idea, the wind blew my spoons and napkins everywhere. So we moved a
little bit closer inside by that time my food was a bit cold. Can’t complain it
was still delicious. The food was a little pricey but fresh. First you have to wait in line to order the seafood by the pound and then take it over to another place to have them cook it. We got 2 pounds of shrimp with
potatoes and veggies which came up to a total of $62.00 (that was not including
drinks which were $6 each). But it was
definitely worth it. We had leftovers for dinner, which we didn’t eat… yet.
After our delicious lunch we took a stroll with the baby down the pier. Most of
the shops they had there were closed I guess that place is more of a weekend
thing. We didn’t mind because it became
a nice quiet stroll. We’re planning to go back on a weekend. Maybe next time we
would like to take more of the family with us.
It’s been forever since I blogged. I just have been busy living life. But honestly, I miss blogging a lot. It’s funny how I still think about blogging when I get new stuff, all I think about is telling you guys about it. I find myself taking pictures of everything in different angles just to be able to blog about it later. But later has not come around. I just been getting overwhelm with work, school and the family.
So let me tell you guys a little bit on how my life has change. I was single for a long time. I had dated and stuff but, didn’t find the one (you know the one). So recently, I reunited with my best friend from high school. He was the ONE friend I always stayed in contact with after I finished H.S. We would talk for hours and it was the best. But then life happened. We grew apart. But somehow we always stayed in contact with each other. It was either through myspace, facebook or texting. So a little over a year ago, we decided to go out to the movies. We watched Jack and Jill. I figure it was the perfect movie since he’s so funny and I wanted for us to get back to our silly ways. Since, the one night, we have been inseparable. I can honestly say I’m in love.
"One day you will look at a person that you thought as only a friend and see them differently. Soon that person will be the only one who you could ever imagine yourself with."
Sometimes I get myself into situations I just can’t handle… some people might call that a challenge… I call it a mistake. Why? Because I know I shouldn’t do it but I keep doing it. I don't know if I'll be able to handle it. I know I should stop it… but I don’t. I know everything escalates and then what? So if you know you can’t handle it… don’t do it…
Do what?
Anything and everything… it could be a relationship, another hobby, adding another class, applying for another job… adding another responsibility to your list that you’re not going to be able to put your all into it.
I know some people say it’s going to be hard but you can do it… hey if it’s possible do it. But if you already have a lot on your plate you know you can’t its okay not to. Just finish what you your doing now and then come back and try doing what you wanted to do next. Because then you can do it right.
“I”… was focused… focused on being a mom, working, school, and working out. So why am I trying to add more things to my schedule… its takes time away from everything else. Takes away from my time that I have to finish what I already have to do and finish it with a great accomplishment.
So focus I will stay.
I feel that if I try doing something else at this very point of my life it would be impossible.
It might be
fear
or
that I'm to smart.
I’m always having the propensity on crashing into obstacles but I have to learn to avoid the one that I can’t handle and going through the one I need to.
Priority!
Priority!
Priority!

We all had a lost love, some of us more truly than others.
I had that boyfriend that
I loved, Care and spent every free second of my days with.
I had the boyfriend that made me
shy, happy, smile and dance around in my kitchen with socks on. But I lost him to some other guys. They took his life. They took him out of my life. It hurt way more than I expected and even though it’s been years since it happened it still hurts and I still miss him more than ever. I was in the love stage. The “I can’t live without him stage”… so when he was taken I really felt like I couldn’t live without him. That day I found out, I cried all day. The next day, I did too. The third day, it felt unreal and I felt unreal. I felt like a lost soul in an empty world. In a way I want to believe that it was the same as a break up. The he left me “break-up”, the he cheated “brake up”, the he wanted someone else “break up”. I tried so hard to convince myself of all these things. But truly I know that’s not the case. I sometimes wish it was, because I would hate him instead of missing him so much. If I hated him it wouldn’t still hurt.

Loving you was easy, losing you was hard. Loving you is still easy, but knowing you are no longer here, is the hardest of it all.
So I have been getting a lot of compliments on my hair from many of my friends. They mention how my hair is starting to look much healthier and thicker. Well, every time I hear that I get sooo happy. Last year I went to my friend's hair dresser to get highlights and she totally ruined my hair. My hair where the highlights were supposed to be at basically had split. I was depressed for over a month because of it. I didn’t go out nor did anything socially. I just stayed home and basically cursed the lady in my mind every time I looked at my hair. But life goes on and I moved on. So I ran into this super intresting article in GLAMOUR which makes so much sense and wanted to share.

The Fastest way to Healthy Hair
First Shampoo
Detangle. Brush your hairbeforeyou wash. Bonus: You’ll avoid hair balls in the drain.
Use less than you think. That’s a quarter size blob of shampoo (double for long hair).
Work it in. Use the pads of your fingers (not your nails) to knead the scalp, Skip the ends, which can get dried out.
Then Condition
Yes, it’s a must-do for all hair types.
Avoid the Scalp. Start with the ends (they’re thirstiest). Stop three quarter of the way up. Anything higher cause greasy roots.
Let it soak in. Comb conditioner through to coat every strand, and leave on for five minutes before rinsing. (Be green and turn the water off!)
Rinse well. Don’t just let the shower hit your head-use your fingers to separate hair. Finish with cool water to seal the cuticle and lock in shine.
Besides being so happy w/ my hair this weekend I went shopping and got some new Chucks. I love them because they are simple and comfy. I can really wear it w/ anything and I feel casual and simply cute.
I’m getting the grey one’s next… so cute…lol
Other than that I just stayed home and study and hanged out with my kids. Bryan was kind of mad because I went to print some pictures at CVS and forgot to print one w/ him in it. So here Bryan… one of my favorite picture of you. I ♥ you!
I have been getting into Mayer Hawthorne music lately. I know I’m late but it’s cool. He has a different flow going. Check it out…
I have been wanting to blog about the coastal scents Contour pallet for a while. I’m in love with blush! Blush just helps make you look so girly. So I had to get this pallet. It’s perfect! It has a huge Contour,2 highlights, and 2 blushes. It really is huge. I think this will last me forever (Well I really hope so) lol
I also bought a couple of brushes from them... I'll tell you guys about it soon =]
Valentines is just around the corner… Hope that everyone spends it with that special someone. That special someone can be anyone you care and love like your boyfriend/girlfriend of course or even your best friend, brother/sister, favorite co-worker, or even your kids. Since my past Valentines is no longer my Valentine… I decide to get 3 new Valentines… Andrew, Bryan, and Chris. (Dayuuum)…lol (but their my kids) For Valentines were going out for dinner at Olive Garden. They have wanted me to take them there for a while or we can make it a pizza night with movies. I’ll give them the option.
So I spend last night making about 50 baggies for Andrew and Bryan’s class.
This is what they had….
(Girls had gummier bears too and of course Valentines cards were included):
I went and got me the Lady Gaga (VIVA GLAM GAGA) lipstick…
The perfect pink came out on the perfect month during the perfect days. Valentines!
No Flash...
Also got a new fix plus, the 2010 rice paper…lol (Dazzle Light) and Culture clash from the new Spring collection. I’m going to have to go back for more stuff. SOON!
